This cider is a dream collaboration with our friend Terry Hawbaker of Lovedraft's Brewing Co in Mechanicsburg, PA. We took the mixed culture that made our favorite of Terry's beers so special and applied that to Terry's favorite cider, the Stayman Winesap. The result exceeded our expectation - fruity, earthy, dry-finishing... it's a wonderful cider that we can drink easily and often!
