We use Shopify’s PCI-compliant secure payment processing. Shopify does not store your payment information. Shopify stores some customer information for records of orders, but it does not sell or share this information. Several third party applications we use including MailChimp, Zapiet, Multi Vendor Marketplace (Webkul), and Crucial Commerce have some access to some parts of your personal information.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. We utilize some of Shopify’s cookie-tracking to generate “related” or “recommended” products to customers. Additionally, Shopify uses cookies for monitoring site traffic, which we have access to. Shopify also tracks cookies for advertising purposes listed here

MailChimp tracks customers’ cookies via emails and sign-up forms; their cookies policy is here. We have access to user interaction analytics (such as opens, clicks, and geolocation) with our email campaigns. This information is used to improve marketing content. 

Zapiet tracks customers’ cookies to improve the checkout process and app performance. It does not share or sell this information to external advertisers. Zapiet does reserve the right to use this information to market their own products. 

Crucial Commerce, which maintains our Age Gate app, tracks cookies for operational and app improvement purposes. Crucial Commerce does not use customer cookies for advertising. More info here.

Response Timing and Format

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. 

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.
