A keystone, the symbol of Pennsylvania, is the stone at the top of an arch that holds it together.
A sutler is the name for a merchant who followed an army and sold provisions to soldiers during the Civil War.
In a time of great struggle, we envisioned Keystone Sutler as a modern Pennsylvania marketplace that could provide Pennsylvania-grown produce and farm products to people both near and far. We figured it was a fitting name for a marketplace born in Adams County, Pennsylvania farm country not far from Gettysburg.
We hope that this service helps everyone hold their busy lives together.
