Hemiola (Ploughman 64 Scratch Series)

Above all else, our hope is that a cider like Hemiola is a tribute to all of the Ploughshares Cider Club members who continue to support us. We honor your commitment to our cidermaking by presenting these bottles exclusively to Cider Club members. This is a still cider that has at least 15 excellent apple varieties in its blend. The result is one of our better efforts, in my opinion. It is big fruit, gentle barrel, and gripping big tannins that will grab your attention and linger in a pleasant and inquisitive way. Drafts will be available for Cidernalia. Bottles are for you, our most fervent supporters, alone! We named this cider hemiola, which is a musical term for a specific rhythmic complexity that we found was a good match for what we're experiencing in the glass.
