Petillant Naturel, or Pet-Nat, is also called the ancestral method. Instead of waiting for the fermentation to end, this cider was bottled in the later stages of the process to create a young, light-bodied, fruit forward drink that's hazy and has some light natural carbonation. While it won't have a lot of the earthy and confectionary aroma you've come to expect from our long maturation bottlings, it will still have that dry finish and lots of pineapple, watermelon, mimosa aromas. Just fun, quaffable cider!
